Well deserved is an understatement! Ihar is consistently integral to the Neutron project. Ihar has wide knowledge not only of Neutron but of OpenStack workings and is a key factor to Neutron playing nice with other projects. Ihar has shown consistent good judgement of priorities and will in no doubt strengthen the drivers team.
