i did source the file before running that command,
This are the environment that are set:

OS_REGION_NAME=RegionOne
OS_PROJECT_NAME=admin
OS_IDENTITY_API_VERSION=2.0
OS_PASSWORD=password
OS_AUTH_URL=http://192.168.8.101:5000/v2.0
OS_USERNAME=admin
OS_TENANT_NAME=admin
OS_VOLUME_API_VERSION=2
OS_NO_CACHE=1

Yet still when i run that command i still get thesame error msg and i have
talking to the irc channel nut not reply from any one.
