Hi YAMAMOTO (and other midokura folks),
I spotted unit tests in the branch are failing due to upper constraints not
applied. So I backported the fix as:

tempest for midonet v2 fails:

It looks like midonet SDN controller misbehaving.
Would you mind taking it from there and propose the needed patches to pass
the gate for the patch?
