The poll has closed and the winning time for the Glance virtual design session on zero downtime rolling upgrades will be 14:00 UTC on Friday, 11 November 2016. The virtual design session will be held in an on-air Google hangout which should allow it to be recorded (though of course it would be better to attend it live).
