Hey Lorin,

Reading your review right now - you were aware of the tool script 
(https://github.com/openstack/keystone/blob/master/tools/sample_data.sh) that 
sets up sample data, yeah? I don't mind at all that you made another/your own, 
but worried that you didn't even know about it.
