The video is good, but it asumes you are familiar with OpenStack components, which brings the next suggestion :

What about starting to sort the installation guide by type :
- step-by-step
- screencast
- installation from source
- installation from repositories
- scripted installation
- manual installation
etc...
?

Here's another interested party in a "blog" for documentation. I also have an entry from Sandy Walsh that fits the bill. What are good next steps to get this set up?
