Greetings! As I was adding some branches for the Neutron sub-project networking-bgpvpn, the team requested the removal of their stable/kilo branch [1]. I am not sure if we can remove branches or of the procedure, so I wanted to email the infra list to get guidance on if we can remove this, and how to do that.
