Looking at previous plans, we have already mirrored once (need to refresh) http://files.openstack.org/docs-old/, so we can replace that step with: a) Resync the mirror b) Serve the content via docs-archived.openstack.org I've put this topic on the agenda for tomorrow's infra team meeting, https://wiki.openstack.org/wiki/Meetings/InfraTeamMeeting .
