It looks like that is a particular issue with this mirror not able to keep up with tumbleweed. As an explanation, tumbleweed recently switched to gcc8, which triggered a full rebuild. The way the mirroring works is that it first mirrors the new package, and then on next run removes the old ones. So this particular mirror is now back to 43000 entries again (~ 41000 on the master), so the mirroring should have resumed. On manual inspection, there is still some duplicated packages on the main server for tumbleweed, I'm trying to find out how to get that resolved. So with other words: hopefully things are back to normal now.
