Hello config-core reviewers, We'd like to freeze new project creation through the end of the week so that we can get through the OpenDev git transition without a constantly changing list of projects that may be renamed. This will allow us to review the lists and be confident they are static prior to the transition.
So with that in mind please hold back from approving new projects in project-config/gerrit/projects.yaml until we are clear of the transition.
