Mike, I am sorry that it is currently lack of installation guide for Magnum. I have created a blueprint [1] for creating one. It will be picked up if someone interests to work on that.
If you need a guide right away, maybe you could reference this one [2]. This guide is not targeting for operators, but it might inspire the installation steps.
