Yes, that is precisely the intent. Pike is arguably a bit transitional, since we won't have a "Forum" happening before the PTG, but that should be the last such cycle. In future cycles we'll be able to have those "what would you like to see in the next release" discussions at the Forum, in time for us to discuss them, turn them into priority blueprints and community goals, and solve last questions / start working on them at the PTG.
