I wanted to share here what we discussed on IRC so more people are aware of what's going on. We agreed that the Hyper-V team will try to use #openstack-meeting to hold its official meeting. The time and date is on http://wiki.openstack.org/Meetings/ and on the iCal feed already (Tuesdays at 1600 UTC, 9am PDT).
