Doc question: Does glance-scrubber require sql_connection? The Install and Deploy Guide specifies the sql_connection parameter <http://docs.openstack.org/essex/openstack-compute/install/apt/content/glance-scrubber-conf-file.html>, but it wasn't clear to me that the scrubber actually makes any queries against the database.
