There is not a blueprint for it, since it's a brand-new project, and I'm just getting started on it. I can point you at the code repository I have for it, at https://github.com/klmitch/boson (I'll worry about going into incubation later, after we have something that kinda works, but I'm happy to accept pull requests…) I'll likely hold off on blueprints until it's time to start integrating it into the openstack projects… -- Kevin L.
