Could someone please explain what the below are and how it relates to the
openstack host network`s Network settings (eg. eth0 and eth1)
# network
FLAT_INTERFACE=eth0
FIXED_RANGE=10.0.0.0/20
NETWORK_GATEWAY=10.0.0.1
FLOATING_RANGE=192.168.174.1/24
EXT_GW_IP=192.168.174.1
