Recently, I am learning the neutron ml2 plugins. But I can not understand why the L2 physical switcher plugin(e.g. Cisco plugin) is need?
In Neutron, all the packets are flow from Ethernet to another, no matter what type(vlan? vxlan?) the packets are. So normally, the switcher doesn't configure.
