Hi Vikrant,

To solve this issue, you need to include following in the ENABLED_SERVICES
in your local.conf file:

   - ENABLED_SERVICES+=n-novnc,n-xvnc,n-cauth

Also while creating an instance, create a bootable volume from the image
then create the instance it will be easy and more efficient.
