Thank you for your reply.

As I noted near the bottom of my email, I came across this bug and suspected it 
was the cause, but even after upgrading to keystonemiddleware 1.5.3 I am still 
experiencing the issue. Am I stuck waiting for an updated of glanceclient as 
well or does this just impact users who pulled down the affected version of 
urllib3 during a specific time period?

Any advice on a workaround would be appreciated.
