I have got a problem：
The vm do not deploy normally。
I look at the /var/log/nova/nova-compute.log

credentials do not work. Placement is optional in Newton, but required in
Ocata. Please enable the placement service before upgrading.

auth_type = password
project_domain_name = default
user_domain_name = default
project_name = service
username = placement
