The last few weeks I have been getting error mails that kpartx hangs
during :RaspberryPi and :RaspberryPi:upstream image builds.

I believe it may be related to several errors like this:
[ 5646s] Unsupported ioctl: cmd=0x5331 (0)
... which would hint at parted using a new ioctl (CDROM_GET_CAPABILITY)
that's not yet implemented for qemu-arm binary. Might also just be
symptoms of the previously reported ext4 corruption...
Also, dtb-armv6l kept failing for lack of bcm2708*.dts files, meaning
that kernel and dtb packages were out of sync. Why has no Raspberry Pi
downstream-kernel user taken care of fixing that for months?!

I've reverted Guillaume's changes to local dtb-source, so that it just
packages bcm2835*.dts, like Base:System dtb-source does. Only diff is
the two *.changes entries now.
