Samsung Plus is based on rk3399, right? Hopefully the SoC is fully supported in Leap 42.3 (AFAIK DRM patches are still missing), in the meantime you are better of with Tumbleweed.
Apart from that you might consider to use u-boot instead of chromeos depthcharge. This will allow you to build a regular openSUSE image with grub.
Apart from that I believe you have to fiddle with graphics, keyboard etc. I suppose the best person to ask is Alex.
