Ok, i have copied the image [2] to the sd card and started.
status: good
Then u-boot-rpi is updated and reboot.
Status: good
The next grub2 is updatedand reboot.
Status: faild
Got the same message as in my first post.
Only the /boot/efi/bootarm.efi replaced by the before the update.
status: good
It seems as if something with the bootarm.efi is not in order.
