Thank you for your help so far.  Can you help me to understand why the
 Pi images X configurations only show a maximum size of 2048x2048 when
with os42.3 on Intel it supports 32767x32767:

Screen 0: minimum 8 x 8, current 1366 x 768, maximum 32767 x 32767
