+  from upstream (with context modifications to apply correctly) to update
+  biber tests after the Unicode::Collate upgrade from 1.25 to 1.27
+  changed sortinit hashes with (at least) perl 5.26, while using
+  perl 5.28 seems to work fine (boo#1152776)
