What is the correct procedure if a bug is posted into bugzilla? I put in a
bug and after a while it will be assigned. What must be done if you see
that nothing is happening?
e.g. 144614, 144620, 144616 and 144615 are open for a while.
I don't want to nag in bugzilla and don't want to flood the people that
are assigned to it wasting time with answeringmy stupid mails while they
work on something more important.
So what is the procedure, or should I just sit tight and hope for the
best?
