Is that a final decision? What about the "missing unzip" bug: https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=195911 That one shouldn't be too risky and it had 3 dupes in a month. I think that users of a minimal installation would appreciate it if YaST could fix itself during an online update without manual intervention.
