In general: file a bugreport and point out the problem.

According the change log:

- SCR agent proc_meminfo.scr moved from yast2-storage to yast2
- Adjusted RPM dependencies

So, if the *new* yast2-storage contains the file, then file a
bugreport.  If it's a conflict of the old version and the new yast2,
then smart does not do the right thing while updating,
