I remember for checking  apango bug to have to install gedit.
It installed about a 100MB's extra, just for an editor?
I could not get rid of them afterwards.., just looping pkgsmngrs..
This i hate.

indeed, flashplayer, gimp and acrobat reader, i use.
I am not bothered by the system libraries at all, but by apps, that get
pulled in, that i do not ask for , nor need.
