libgdm is split to an own package (just as gdmflexiserver was at the time) and is called libgdm1 (following the shared library packaging guidelines).
On openSUSE, where we currently still use ConsoleKit, user switching does not work with gdm 3.6.0.
I published 3.6.1 and hope there won't be new issues coming up... that would be a shame.
