So far the list seems ok - there are simply a few applications that did not get any attention in the last couple releases (e.g. seahorse); some of them are declared 'dead' but no replacement is (yet) in place (e.g. seahorse), others simply 'stalled'; 'gnome-icon-theme' for example is no longer used by GNOME itself (it uses Adwaita), but there are quite some other 3rd party icon themes relying on it as a fallback. For this reason we can't mark it obsolete - even though you as a 'pure' GNOME user can likely uninstall it without ill effects. So, this time around, nothing to worry - but I'm happy there are others looking for things to improve Cheers Dominique
