:) Do you know what TED is? TED is <very> exclusive. Every year only a <very> select few people who either have the most innovative ideas which can shake humanity and an equally few people who can <make things happen> are invited to the event with the understanding that after the event <results are mandatory>. If anyone attends and doesn't continue to "shake humanity" then they're not invited back the following year.
