The artwork team need to have a clue of what is the desired direction
we have to take about color in 12.1. The delay is extremely small.
So we setup a very fast poll (end on September 27, 2011 - don't know
if connect think end of the day or beginning and what hour)

we don't ask for a real decision, but for a direction. many examples
have been made on the artwork mailing list and an indicative vote made
there, but we are not a sufficient number to do this alone

NB2: Robert Lihm was charged to make the choice by the artwork team
during OSC 2011, so chance is it's him that will make the final decision
