To your problem: please ask on opens...@opensuse.org for this. Or use my fix:
* download an openSUSE live CD and start YaST and configure the bootloader. (System -> Bootloader)
There you can change the configuration and the list of placed systems by default (change Windows to first place, Linux for second.)
