From what I've seen, the structure is (was) a bit unfortunate. I
don't think starting with the most "boring" topic ("Low level things")
is a good idea. :-)
I think, most readers are more interested in the desktop things so I've
restructured the page accordingly. Feel free to revert it if you don't
like it. :)
