Hi Fernando! As far as I understand this article this is just an idea that might get integrated into the LSB standard if it gets accepted. If that should be the case I think Suse will change this (probably a _lot_ of work). So I think whatever discussion process the people from Linuxbase have, this should be the place to go if you want to make this become reality. Suse should do the rest to remain standards compliant.
