the meta for d:l:r:e contains:
<repository name="devel_languages_ruby_openSUSE_12.3">

<path project="devel:languages:ruby" repository="openSUSE_12.3"/>
<arch>i586</arch>
<arch>x86_64</arch>
</repository>
As far as I can see, ruby-1.9 is default on 12.3, so what's the purpose?
