Every page has an associated 'Talk' page for discussion and in our
wiki are labelled 'Discussion', this includes your own user page,
which has it's own link as 'My Talk' when you are logged in.
They are for discussing the article in question, or in the case of a
user, drop them a message.

more on this, when somebody write on your discussion page
and you login, you are warned by a yellow "you have a
message" on top of each page.
Think of signing your messages by four "~" (so "~~~~"). This
is replaced by your page adress and the date, so the people
can aswer on _your_ page
