In accordance with the translation guide, I've translated the Projects page
to Icelandic, and moved the page to Verkefni. I've translated all the basic
pages, and moved them to their equivalent icelandic page. If there's any
other preferred way, I'll edit the pages.

OK, so the problem is that there is no place for translation
work-in-progress to be assembled, except the main (English) wiki. Gee,
that seems to be an oversight. ;-)
