I write a template:
http://en.opensuse.org/Template:Where_to_find_Help
and add it to the most important pages.
Feel free to edit this template, specially to make it more
smart (I'm not good at that).
The difficulty of many users to find help is probably a
thing we have largely underestimate.

(new name for opensuse@opensuse.org, why users keep writing
there and not in suse-linux-e)
