The following Top categories need to be pushed down, but I'm not sure
where. Do we need a Top Category for system issues? Or does someone
have a better term?

maybe Category:IW <http://en.opensuse.org/Category:IW>
In addition, as recommended on the OpenSUSE Style Guide
<http://en.opensuse.org/OpenSUSE_Style_Guide>, Category names should not
be abbreviations. So SDB and IW should change.
