because i have too many things to do atm. and i need a bit more time to
prepare the 1.7. update.
additionally ... as seen in the 1.6.x releases the new code base seems
to be a bit unstable. while 1.5 seems to be quite stable atm.
mediawiki core devs, who are suse fans, are of course very welcome to
help me to do the migration faster.

mediawiki is on an quarterly version change, this is quite
difficult to follow :-(.
But they don't want to maintain versions more than one year :-(
