this is not important for my own page :-), but i beg it's
the same for other wiki pages. If the counters don't update
for no-login users, a casual visitor that think to follow
the changes on the page won't see any change
I just tried and effectively the links are only updated when
the page is edited.
summary: when a user is logged in (with passwd) links like
this one:
{{Special:Recentchanges/5}}
are updated normally.
if this very same page is viewed by a non logged user, the
content of the page is the one of the time the page was last
edited.
curious.
I will ask on the mediawiki list to know is this is the
intended working
