Especially vi, es and is are not really up to date (last time i checked). No, i don't want to blame the maintainers, sometimes it's just lack of time ... If you are interested to join the wiki translation team, subscribe to opensuse-wiki for more information. If you work in a team it's not that much work to keep a few pages up to date.
