When we launch the openSUSE project, we decided to lock those pages (like
FAQ) to prevent deformation of those pages. ATM only very few people (SUSE
and Novell staffers) have the edit rights on that pages.

Yes, this will hopefully change very soon. We are talking about this right
now - and I expect a decision in next weeks core team meeting.
