I don't consider this a good idea. Just have a look into /dev/ - all hd* and sd* devices are writeable by members of "disk". This means you could (accidently) clean up your hard disks. If you want to solve this with group permissions, create a new group, and chgrp /dev/cdrecorder. Oh, and please don't post HTML and vCards to this mailinglist.
