Then I fail to see any relevance in the "Novell has to support the distribution and Debian does not" argument (which is false, anyway: as I've mentioned, companies *do* support Debian, no company seems to support SuSE Linux OSS anyway) for not including third-party packages in the official SuSE Linux OSS distribution.
