I found 9.3 to be an improvement on 9.2, but not enough to be worth upgrading, only if you needed fresh install or to reinstall a system suffering from over-enthusiastic tweaking (guilty as charged!)
It worked well on my Dell latitude C610, albeit screen blanking/backlight off is bust, that's for another thread.
