I have just put the latest version of makeSUSEdvd online. Now when you use
it with the `-i` option, meaning no DVD iso, it will give you some
pointers what to put in grubn and lilo, so you can boot and install from
HD.

If you download the boot.iso and rename it to SUSEboot.iso, it will also
work.

Best use it with `-s` as well, so it will be put on a partition you do not
need to format untill after the instalation.

I am still looking how to make a bootable PPC version. I do not have a
Mac, so I can not do any tests, nor do I have any idea what to do. Any
help would be apriciated.
