It is some getting used to. To start a page, go to your own page and edit that. In edit, you tell the name of the new page. Think hard about a name and see that there are no spaces or signs in it. `SUSE_LUGs` is good. `SUSE`s LUG's` is not I wil take `SUSE_LUGs` as an example. So go to your own page and edit that page. A block to edit will be available. In that you type `[[LUGs]]`. After Editing, you will see a (red) link to` LUGs`. Click on that. You arive on the page `LUGs` which is blank. Edit that and the page exists.
